In recent years, there has been a 27% increase in the average tuition. The per annum average tuition was $6,057 at these online colleges and universities in 2007.

California, Kansas, Massachusetts, North Carolina, and Texas are home to the least expensive accredited online social science training and certification /certificate schools.
